Time Balm, AKA: My Best Friend.

Remember when I told you I’d only be posting about products that keep me looking well rested and healthy, regardless of how little sleep I’ve had?  That goes DOUBLE for this product.

I don’t even remember why I added the timeBalm Concealericon to my virtual Sephora cart one day, but I’m so freakin’ glad I did.  I’m guessing it’s because none of the various tubes, pencils, and other concoctions in my makeup case were covering the dark blue sadness appearing under my eyes every morning…

The theBalm timeBalm Concealericon is unlike any I’ve tried before.  It’s not exactly heavier, but it’s certainly richer; it provides full coverage without feeling caked on.  After applying my makeup primer, I blend this (with a sponge) under my eyes, and also over any red areas on my face.  If my skin’s having a good day, I finish with power and go!  If my epidermis is experiencing some unprecedented rage, I finish with foundation (I’ll save that for another post),  dust on the power, and viola!  Not a spot to be seen!  I’m not kidding;  Time Balm gives my foundation the boost it needs to make my face flawless.

Two tips:  first off, the sponge that comes with it will not last forever.  I loved it up completely, and now it’s just a raggedy bit of the past.  This isn’t a downside to the product at all, as wedge sponges are like $2-AND something everybody should have in stock.  Just remember to buy some along with the concealer!  Second, if I’m in a rush and don’t blend well, the concealer does settle into the creases under my eyes.  This isn’t really different from any other concealer; just don’t forget to blend!

Get theBalm timeBalm Anti-Wrinkle Concealer on Beauty.comicon, Sephora.com and anywhere else that rocks.  While $17 might seem a little steep, I’m not even halfway through the jar I bought four months ago, and I use a lot!  I’m guessing I’ll get close to a year out of this baby, which makes $17 totally doable.  ALSO, it’s available in “lighter than light” which is a great shade for any gals like me that are barely darker than printer paper.  However, for anyone who actually has a skin tone, there are another five shades that should make everybody happy!

xoxoxo

PS-Did I mention it’s also an anti-wrinkle formulation?  <3!

You are totally tempting me to buy this concealer. I have dark under eye circles like nobody’s business!
