Beauty sleep is a real thing. Your body will need around 9 hours of sleep every night to fully restore itself. Sleep will also help you to rejuvenate and repair too. if you want to have a consistent sleep schedule then you need to keep your room nice and cool at night, to stop yourself from sweating as much. You also need to try and build half an hour or so into your schedule before you go to bed. You also need to try and wash your face and moisturize it with any product that contains a lot of antioxidants. If you can do this, then you will soon reap the benefits.

Be Wary of Free Radicals

Free radicals can cause a huge amount of damage to your skin and your body. Free radicals are generated by fried foods, alcohol, pesticides and more. Antioxidants can neutralize free radicals and they are essentially natural superheroes. It is vital that you eat foods that contain a lot of antioxidants if possible. This can include blueberries, raspberries and even dark chocolate. If you use skincare products, try and make sure that they contain things such as green tea, olive leaf or even pomegranate. This will boost your skincare routine.

Exfoliate your Face

Ideally, you need to look out for exfoliating ingredients such as alpha-hydroxy acids. These are found in natural fruit acids. These acids help to dissolve the glue that holds onto dead skin cells. It removes them without scrubbing. Alpha hydroxy also acts as a humectant, which draws moisture right to the skin.

Workout and Boost your Bloodflow

Exercise helps you to boost the blood flow in your body and it also helps to draw any free radicals away from the skin. Exercise also helps you to reduce stress and it improves your general quality of sleep. Ideally, you need to wash your face after a sweaty workout, and you also need to develop a good routine. This will help your skin to truly glow.
