Not to mention, the numerous junk food joints opening at every corner. It is quick, yummy and cheap food which lures almost everyone. Technology has made life so easy and convenient for us. But there are drawbacks to that as well. A few taps on the screen is all it takes to get work done which, previously would have required us to hustle around. You find fewer kids running around the playground and more sitting at home, playing Angry Birds on their parentâ€™s phone. What is the result of this? The newer generation is far less fit! This is not just about looking out of shape, it is about the health as well. Obesity leads to serious illnesses.
People find themselves out of breath by simply going out to check their mail boxes. Climbing a few steps and they start panting. And when this realization hits us, we can do anything to get fit and healthy. We are willing to spend large amounts of money on gym memberships, sports club memberships and healthy food. Now, this phase starts about 3 days to 7 days before your actual treatment and is known as the â€œloading phase.â€ Enjoy yourself to the maximum as you are allowed to eat anything and everything here. In phase 1, you are only required to take the HCG drops for a day or two.
You will be required to continue taking the HCG drops in this phase. That is what you whole treatment is based on. Now the diet kicks in with full power with rules about each of your meals. You have to watch what you take in as the real deal starts now. Your meals will now be limited to 100g of meat, 3.5 ounces of vegetables, a fruit and a slice of bread. This is the standard 500 calorie diet that this treatment needs everyone to follow. The HCG will soon start working its job to burn all the excess fats stored in your body. We know, from eating everything to eating such limited quantities is tough. But this is the way it has to be for you to see some results on your body in the coming weeks. In phase 2, you need to take the HCG drops exactly 3 times a day for the HCG to be effective enough.

Just keep the end result in mind anytime you get the urge to break the diet routine and munch on some cookies. And after the dayâ€™s hard work, reward yourself with a big steak and an apple for dinner. What this day does is get you back to the finish line of Phase 3 in terms of your weight. And then you can restart the maintenance phase thoroughly.
If you feel even close to unsatisfied with your weight during the maintenance phase, you may always restart the official HCG diet plan again from Phase 1. You are recommended to wait at least 30 days to start it again. Â
It takes a lot of effort to reach the third phase and even more to maintain all that. But it sure is worth all the effort to look in the mirror and see the change in yourself.
