Keri Russell “Leaves of Grass” Look How-To

Keri Russell looked gorgeous, as always, while attending the premiere of “Leaves of Grass” (starring Edward Norton, a favorite of mine).

Her flawless, natural look was created by more of my favorites – tarte cosmetics and Envision Beauty Skincare.  The application was done by makeup artist Tina Turnbrow.

COMPLEXION: “For a healthy complexion, I used a tinted moisturizer and created a peachy-pink cheek.” Turnbrow prepped skin with The Solution by Envision Beauty, a lightweight, multi-use facial moisturizer packed with antioxidants like goji and acai. Next, she used tarte’s “The Eraser” 4-in-1 Natural Concealer in Fair 02 for spot treatment. Then she applied tarte’s Smooth Operator Oil-Free Tinted Moisturizer in Agent 06 all over the face. This was followed by a dusting of tarte’s Provacateur in Light 04 . On the apples of the cheek, she applied tarte’s Natural Cheek Stain in Tipsy topped with Doll Face.

EYES: “I wanted a soft, smoky charcoal eye with voluminous lashes.” Turnbrow used tarte’s Flower Child Natural Eyeshadow Palette (matte buttercup & shimmering peach with gold in the crease, shimmering gray periwinkle on the lid). She lined Russel’s eyes with tarte’s EmphasEYESâ„¢ High Definition Eye Pencil Charcoal, then coated lashes withtarte’s Lights, Camera, Lashes! Mascara and applied tarte’s Bottoms Upâ„¢ Bottoms Up on lower lashes.

LIPS: “I wanted to create a nude lip with a hint of pink sheen.” Turnbrow applied tarte’s double-ended lipliner in dizzy blonde all over the lip, then topped it with tarte’s Vitamin-Infused Lip Gloss in OM.
