Healthy Weight Loss to Stay Fit and Fab

Healthy weight loss should be your only consideration. You must stay away from fad diets and largely untested weight loss supplements. These can be dangerous with long-term damage. You can stay fit and fab by changing your lifestyle and being kind to yourself. Here are some ideas.

How About a Helping Hand?

Now, before you hit the gym and exhaust yourself, what if you were to get a little boost on your weight loss fitness journey? This isn’t a joke! You can lose a lot of weight with something called CoolSculpt. Of course, fads were mentioned above. But this isn’t a fad. Ask your beauty therapist how CoolSculpting actually works. They will explain to you that it is, in fact, the only salon-based fat-removal treatment approved by the US Food and Drug Administration.

Be Selective About What You Eat

Dieting and what we eat play a massive role in our weight journey. Who doesn’t love a Friday night pizza, a birthday burger, or a big game hot dog? Of course, we all do. But they should remain treats to be eaten once in a while. Too much of these will cause a lot of weight gain, and processed foods affect the mind, too! Change your diet to include more fresh fruit, vegetables, and grains. Learning to cook fresh meals for yourself is a fun part of becoming healthier!

Healthy Weight Loss with Intermittent Fasting

There are some fads that come and go. However, some remain as they are proven to be healthy and effective. It is hard for some people to lose weight, even when eating healthy. A recent 2023 survey found that 55% of women in the US want to lose weight but have trouble. One guaranteed easy method is intermittent fasting. To do this, you eat as you usually would (healthy, of course) for one day, say Monday. Then, you half your calorie intake for the next.

Stay Away from Gluten-Rich Foods

There is still some confusion around what gluten is, and some people mistakenly believe going gluten-free is a fad diet or even made up. It is not! Gluten is a protein found in wheat, barley, and rye. It is harmful to people with an intolerance and deadly to people with Celiac disease. The effects are horrible, such as bloating, excess acid, and poor bowel efficiency. It also causes weight gain. Reducing how much gluten you eat can help you lose weight very quickly.

Move More than You Stay Still

It’s safe to assume that most experts will agree that you need to burn more calories than you eat in order to maintain or lose weight. However, this isn’t easy for some people. Your job may require long periods of sitting still, such as working at a desk. If this is the case, then regular exercise is essential. It doesn’t even have to be exhausting. Just walking for 30 minutes per day will usually be enough to ensure you don’t gain weight. Alongside a healthy diet, of course!

Summary

Safe treatments such as CoolSculpt will contribute to healthy weight loss as you begin your fit and fab journey. Intermittent fasting has been proven effective and is approved by dieticians. Of course, moving more to burn some calories will help maintain a healthy weight or lose some!
