Dressbarn Mother’s Day Cosmetics Giveaway!

Dressbarn is celebrating Mother’s Day in style this year!  They recently held a photo shoot which featured dressbarn associates and their daughters (pictured above).  The photos, along with the their best Mother’s Day memories, area featured in the May issue of “O, The Oprah Magazine.”  I think this is such a sweet concept and I’m hoping to pick up my own copy of the magazine so I can check out the stories dressbarn associates had to share!

If you’re looking for a great gift for the holiday, consider a gift card to this fab store.  It’s a great place to find a great dress to wear to brunch or a dinner out, too.  Some of my favorite clothing is from dressbarn, but they have clothing for a wide range of ages that’s beautiful and stylish.

In celebration of Mother’s Day, the lovely folks at dressbarn have offered a great giveaway for you fab ladies.  Keep the gift for yourself or give it to your mom – while the prize won’t arrive in time for Mother’s Day, you can certainly let her know it’s coming!

    5 years ago, my mother and I started doing a girl’s night out type of thing on Mother’s day…we would go to the spa, shopping, and at the end of the day I would treat her to dinner with the family!

    My mom’s best advice to me was to find someone that can relate to you either by having the same background or similar major or similar hobbies, so that they can understand you better. Great advice, mom!

    Everytime my Mom and I get together it seems it is always over a cup of hot tea. Even when we talk on the phone I have to have a cup of tea ready before I call her.

    I haven’t spent the day with my mom on Mother’s Day for over a decade since we live on opposites sides of the world, but we always use Skype’s video chat to “hang out” with each other! She often just leaves the cam on so I can see what’s going on while everyone else is in the kitchen and I feel like I am there with them!
