Mackage designers Elisa Dahan and Eran Elfassy debuted the first installment of their women’s ready-to-wear collection during Mercedes-Benz New York Fashion Week. Alluring silhouettes, structured shoulders and edgy, embellished separates are paired with luxe leather and wool pieces, creating a range that is undeniably feminine and bold.
These looks are some of my favorite from New York Fashion Week. The color palette almost makes me wish it was Fall again – almost. The looks are pretty much ready to wear; not much “translation” needs to take place between the runway and department stores. I’m excited to see clothing that will work for real women… Well tailored, sleek lines, realistic lengths, flattering colors. Each piece won’t work on every woman and body type, but there’s certainly something for everyone.
