Valentine’s Day is coming up, which means there’s tempting candy at every turn. In fact, Easter Candy has started to hit the shelves as well, and suddenly I’m facing all my high-cal favorites every time I leave the house. As tempted as I am to buy a truckload of Reese’s hearts and hole up in my apartment until all of my buttons pop, there is an alternative. Take a shower! No, not a cold one… A warm, relaxing shower with one of your favorite candy scents.
