Recently, my mom emailed me an article from Hungry Girl entitled “Attack of the 1000-Calorie Meals!” Counting calories has certainly made me a lot more aware of what I’m eating and its nutritional value of each item. I was horrified to see that I’ve eaten some of the meals on this list-there’s not a single one that’s not at least a few hundred calories OVER my DAILY allowance! Yikes!
