Since my review of Clairol’s Degunkifying Shampoo, I’ve continued my testing of Clairol’s Herbal Essences Line. At first, I was worried that I couldn’t possibly be as happy with the rest of the products as I was with “The Great Degunkifier,” but boy was I wrong!
Next up on my list was the Hello Hydration line. I was a little wary, because the combination of Orchid & Coconut Milk smelled a little funky in the bottle. However, I was anything but turned off when I actually put it to the test-in my hair, it smells great!
First things first, though: the bottle! I was so excited to talk about the product in my last review, I forgot all about the packaging! I absolutely adore the new style of Herbal Essences; the old line always looked a little dated to me. The newer, hipper bottles totally match the “personality” of the products-and I’m lovin’ it! And a totally adorable treat: Each bottle holds a trivia question, and the answer to its partner bottle (shampoo or conditioner). Adorable!
In any case, the product itself is fantastic. The Hello Hydration shampoo gently cleansed my hair, and the conditioner soothed it in a way few can. My hair wound up soft, full, and gently scented. The results last, too-as I’ve mentioned, I only wash my hair a few times a week. It’s been three days since I used the Hello Hydration products, and it still feels great!
