The days are getting longer and lighter, which means Spring is just around the corner. Most people spend their time working toward that all-important beach bod for Summertime, but early Spring is the real time to start living your best life.
Better weather means increased motivation in all aspects of your life – so you can start crushing the goals you have for your dream-self this Summer!
As we trade in heavy Winter coats for flimsy Spring dresses, we’re going to begin to feel happier and lighter in every way. It’s time to use that motivation to be the girl you want to be.
There are a few steps you can take to get the glow you dream of during what are, unarguably, the best seasons of the year.

We thought we’d get this, the most boring and obvious of tips, out of the way first. Exercise isn’t just a way to get the bod you want – although that can be part of it.
Exercise boosts your mode, which can help you glow from the inside out. And exercise literally makes you glow – it improves your skin and makes you look younger. What’s not to love!
Do exercise that you enjoy and that makes you feel good, and accept your limitations, to give you that soft, healthy, happy glow you’re after.
Get A Skincare Regime
Girl if you’re getting into your mid-twenties (or older) and you haven’t got a skincare regimen… You need to get one! You’re not a teenager anymore, and just can’t get away with falling asleep in your make-up – your skin is suffering for it.
Your skin care regime should be at least three parts – cleanse, tone, moisturize – morning and night. We’d recommend adding oil between toner and moisturizer to truly pamper yourself and get that good glow.
You’d be surprised just how effective this three or four step regimen is for improving the quality and tone of your skin.
While We’re Talking Skincare… Rose Face Mist
You’ll have heard a lot about this product, on the internet and by word of mouth. And with good reason… This. Stuff. Works!!!
Spray your face with rose mist after washing for an effective natural toner. Use it to set your make-up. Spray it when you’ve been on the subway, a plane or in an air-conditioned office.

Drink Water. A Lot
It’s an old tip, you’ve probably heard it before, and you’ll probably hear it again – but with good reason. Water is literally, literally the elixir of life. So, put down that fruit juice or whatever else you’re drinking and get yourself a nice cool glass o’ water.
You should be drinking a lot of water. This stuff removes toxins from your body, helping everything within you to function better – and you glow more.
Swap a soda for a glass of water and get prepared to glow-up!

What do people find the most attractive in a person? Is it their eyes? Their hair? Their body? Their walk?
No. It’s their smile. Most people find any smile that’s generous warm and attractive, but you can really boost the impact by making sure everything is good with your pearly whites.

If you’re putting pressure on yourself to be like someone else, it’s time to abandon it. Nothing inhibits your ability to glow like putting unnecessary stress on yourself.
Instead, embrace yourself as you are. Don’t try and change everything about yourself to the point that’s it painful – be at peace with your body’s soft animal.
