Every once in awhile we find a store that is a real gem and this store is Conversation Pieces. Ladies this store is like a mall. With clothing from every single style. Chic, trendy, boho, bold, mens trend, whatever your style is they have it all! Except for without hefty price tags.
Have I mentioned just how amazing this store is? I did, but I’m going to say it again.
They just got their new spring collection in and it is TO DIE FOR! Everything in the store is perfection.
We want to feature their Snap Happy dress. It’s knee length snap up dress that is 100% cotton and lined. It has and elactic waist and snap buttons. The pictures really don’t do it or the lovely floral print justice at all. The fabric is quite nice and so versatile!

There are so many ways to wear this dress. Nerdy chic with tights, glasses, and boots. Or just by itself with heels or flats. Lunch out with the girls or dinner out with your main man, whatever you choose to wear this you’ll be glad you bought this dress. It’s perfection.
I would recommend that you go up a size larger then you normally would just so you get a perfect fit.
It really is a lovely dress that is very well made. Y’all have got to check Conversation Pieces out!
And the packaging? Every package comes wrapped so beautifully and with a special treat. Thatis what I call customer service! I felt so special when I got the package!!!
I am seriously thrilled with Conversation Pieces and we love every single one of their items. Check them out on the web at- www.shopconversationpieces.com

Looking Great Without Breaking the Bank
For all those fashion-loving girls out there, Boohoo is offering a brilliant line of dresses which look fantastic without breaking the bank. The range of maxi dresses now available are perfect for any occasion!
So you’re probably all wondering what’s so great about these Dresses. The problem is that there are so many reasons why Maxi Dresses are great that it’s impossible to just give you one! Firstly the price is great; most of the Dresses sell for less than thirty dollars meaning that you can look great without breaking the bank. This is particularly important to fashionistas out there with modest purse strings as times are quite tough at the moment. Maxi Dresses offer a great style for everyone, especially those on a budget.
Secondly, the Dresses are great because they are available in a wide range of sizes unlike many of the more established fashion houses who only make their clothes to fit super skinny catwalk models! Maxi Dresses come in a range of sizes and can suit many different body shapes, so are perfect for skinny and curvy girls alike! For shorter women, try a Maxi Dress with a pair of heels to make your legs look sky high. A Maxi Dress with an empire waist does wonders for a round body shape. These Dresses are designed with real women in mind and so they fit many different body types.
As if that wasn’t enough, the Dresses are great because they are available in so many different styles. Looking for a classy, sophisticated dinner Dress? The maxi dress has you covered. Alternatively if you’re looking for something more edgy then Maxi Dresses will also cater for you. Some women prefer sleeveless Dresses, whilst others want something a little less revealing, but Maxi Dresses come in a variety of cuts, colours and sizes for all women. Go for a long slimming back dress on an evening out or a boho print maxi for the perfect care-free beach cover up! So don’t wait any longer fashionistas, go to boohoo.com today and check out all the amazing Maxi Dresses, but don’t wait or your size may sell out!

Summer is just around the corner and Elite Fashion has all your swimwear needs. From sexy bikinis to tame one pieces they have it all.
Of course, you’ll need a great cover up if you don’t want to end up looking like a burned oompa loompa after your adventures in the sun. And they have those too!
This white cover up from Elite Fashion is very cute. It has a v-neck and gathers just around the waist. It falls a bit below the waist. It’s light and sexy.
I had the chance to test one out, but I was pretty disappointed in it. I knew it was going to be sheer, but I was not impressed with the fabric at all. It was too scratchy and weird….. And it didn’t fit me right either. I would not pay $60 for it. Maybe if it was a different fabric, but not for this one.
I wouldn’t write off Elite Fashion entirely however. They ship really fast and have lots of great products. This one just didn’t work for me however. But be sure to check out the rest of their products.
I was sent a cover up from Elite Fashion, but my review is 100% honest and mine!

The only thing constant in the fashion industry is change. Just as the trends for animal prints and funky punk wigs are not here forever, color trends in fashion are also short-lived. To stay fashionable, here are some hot color trends for spring-summer 2012 that should soon find place in your wardrobe:
- Soft caramel colors: Prefer light shades of pink, cream or coral colors in your wardrobe especially for the spring. Team them up with brighter shades to get the most sought after look of this season.
- Orange: You can never go wrong with this color in spring season. You have the option of going completely orange or if that is too bold for you, try to get some Dresses that come with orange as a base color or print.
- White: This is one color that can give you a complete feminine look. Prefer a white laced blouse or shirt and wear it with some bright colored skirt. Even a white pleated skirt is a great turn on this spring season. Or just imagine yourself in the white asymmetrical skirt with a pastel shade top.
- Black: This color never goes out of the fashion scene. A little black dress is perfect to the night out with friends and a black suit can never go wrong for office meetings.
- Fuchsia: If you are looking out for a perfect color for dinner party then prefer fuchsia color. It is an ideal pick as it is neither too vibrant like orange or yellow, nor too soft like caramel colors. This can give you an ultra glamorous look and bring you all the compliments galore.
- Yellow: Yellow and all its shades seem to rule the fashion scene this season. Yellow blouses to skirts to even printed-dresses are seen in all fashion houses and designer stores.
- Nude: The sheer simplicity and versatility of this color make it an instant hit among the fashion lovers. Soft enough to be worn to formal meetings and vibrant enough to be worn informally also.
- Red: A red dress can never go wrong, whatever be the occasion. Bright red has the potential to make even a grim situation appear bright. Complement your red dress with good makeup to accentuate your spell binding effect.
It is important to choose your wardrobe in trendy colors as wrong color selection can make even a good outfit go wrong for no fault.

My style. Hmmm…it’s hard to describe it. All over the place? Ranging from hipster, boho to edgy? Yep, that would describe it! I’ve been looking for a bo-ho crochet skirt. No luck. All the skirts have been too ugly, too short, too long, or too cheaply made. I had just about given up.
Until I recently had the chance to review one such skirt from Monroe and Main. I’m so excited for Spring to get here so I can wear this skirt with heels!
This skirt is sexy, but classy. It’s an all over crochet skirt with a full lining (added bonus!) It has an elastic waist and is oh-so comfy. It’s just the right length for my height and it fits me perfectly.

Ignore the ugly shoes and t-shirt in this post. I didn’t bother to change my shirt when I shot this! I plan on wearing the skirt with a loose white blouse.
I honestly really love this skirt. It has some negative reviews, but I don’t know why. I found that this skirt is very well made and well worth the money. I’ve had it for awhile and it has yet to fall apart on me. Maybe that is because I’m not hard on clothes? Either way, I’m pleased with it.
The best part? It comes in sizes six to plus sizes. Therefore, it will work for all women. To purchase this skirt visit this link. Be sure to check out the rest of their products as well.
Monroe and Main was nice enough to send this skirt to me. I love it and was 100% honest in this review. How could I lie to you gals?

Even if it doesn’t feel like it spring IS coming. Well, in a matter of months that is. So why not welcome it with a new and totally cute pair of sandals from Fibi and Clo?
I had a chance to review their Bright Star sandals and I love them. They are so cute and stylish. With sparkling beading these sandals feature enough bling for all of us bling lovers!
Thankfully these shoes have a great fit and I’m very impressed with them. They are actually quite comfy and I know that I will be perfectly content to wear them all spring/summer long!
I love how versatile these sandals are. They aren’t just for church, weddings, or dinner out. They are also practical enough to wear out shopping or at the beach. And since they are so well made you can be sure that they will last! And if the beading does start to come off Fibi and Clo will replace it for you. Isn’t that awesome?
These adorable sandals come in sizes 6-11 and make a perfect pair of sandals for spring and summer. I can’t wait for spring to get here so I can wear them! They are currently on sale for $20 off so hurry up and get your own pair!
Be sure to check out the rest of their adorable shoes at- fibiandclo.com
The product for this review was provided to us free of charge for the purpose of product testing. This does not effect our opinion of the products in any way. We only write about products we personally like and use, regardless of how they were acquired.

Check out this year’s summer hair trends! I LOVE the platinum highlight hair trend!

Platinum Highlights: Create the ultimate sun-kissed highlights without ever visiting a salon this summer. Simply clip-in extensions like the Dancing with the Stars Starlights Extensions ($49: ULTA.com) in a sun-kissed hair shade (such as Swedish Blonde) and in an instant you have non-committal highlights.

Ballerina Bun: Instead of tying hair up into another boring ponytail, opt for a chic knotted ballerina bun instead. Simply wrap hair into a low bun, securing with bobby pins to keep hair in place. Add volume to the bun by attaching the Dancing with the Stars Glamarama Extensions ($20: ULTA.com) to complete this look.
(From left: Spring/Summer 2011 runway at Nina Ricci and Ruffian; Dancing with the Stars Glamarama Extensions )

Braids: The braid has managed to stick around for another season and we know why! It’s easier than ever to create this trend-worthy style at home –without a stylist. Wearing hair up or down, simply incorporate the Dancing with the Stars Bellissima Braid Band ($10: ULTA.com) into any look.

What is your favorite hair trend for this year?

Peggy Li Creations is happy to introduce their Summer 2011 Floating Geometry Collection.
Using triangle-cut stones as a jumping off point, Peggy played with the idea of geometric shapes – lines, triangles, rectangles, diamonds, etc. – intermixed with color throughout this collection.

“I especially love the large oversized geometric pendants,” says Peggy. “I then layered floating chains with strong color and textures of summer; carnelian, wood, turquoise, coral. Jewelry in summer should always be light, fresh and colorful!”

The collection is priced between $34 – $79 and is available now at peggyli.com.

Ali Larter glammed up her tank top and jeans with a TACORI necklace for a trip to the salon in Beverly Hills last week! The actress wore a TACORI turquoise pendant (SN100Y05; $1,710) and silver chain (SN10138, $170).
BUT, for all us gals that don’t have Ali’s money you can get her look for less! Check it out-
