Time to Shine with Urban Decay
Well, sparkle, that is!
I confess: I am ADDICTED to glitter eye liner. I always have been, and (I’m sorry, future children) probably always will be. Because I’m obsessed, I’ve tried pretty much every glitter eye liner I can get my hands on! Drugstore to high end, discontinued to brand new… It’s glittered-up my lashes. I love it! And now, thanks to Urban Decay’s Heavy Metal Glitter Liners, my world just got a whole lot prettier!
I’ve been eying these babies for a while, but didn’t get to try them until recently. I don’t know why I waited! The $18 price tag has always been a little bit off-putting, but now that I’ve tried the product, I’m willing to shell out the cash!
I really love rockin’ these over black eye liner. Since the base is clear, you won’t get any streaking over that (finally!) perfectly turned cat eye, and you can layer various shades of glitter for a totally disco-worthy effect. The glitter itself is fine without being microscopic, so it doesn’t get lost in all the other drama of the night, whether it’s with your makeup or your date! And the best part is that when you put it on, there’s no flaking-so you can party for hours on end!
I’ve been wearing the newest additions to Urban Decay’s arsenal: Catfight and Stage Dive. Catfight is center stage in the photo up top (of course!) and you can check out Stage Dive with all the other sexy swatches. I can’t decide what shade I want to try next, but I think there might be some Air Guitar in my future…
