The top of the dress is beautiful - the bottom, not so much. As for her makeup, she has a very natural look going on - I think her lips should have more color though. Cover Girl is definitely making a come back as a leader in budget friendly makeup. I recently purchased the shadowblast in the plum shade and it actually looks as if I know how to put eye makeup on now. Plus at a $7-$8 price tag I am happy.
