Okay, Drew’s hair needs some definite help. And her dress? I’m not over the moon about it. Her makeup, though? I’m a fan of that. I got the inside scoop on the CoverGirl products that Debra Ferullo used to create the red carpet look.
“Drew wanted to do something 60′s inspired by Brigitte Bardot and Sharon Tate. For the makeup, Debra didn’t want to match the blue color in her dress, but rather accentuate Drew’s natural features with warm undertones.
On her face, she prepped the skin with a moisturizer and then used CoverGirl Clean Liquid Makeup for normal skin followed by a highlighter and CoverGirl & Olay Simply Ageless Sculpting Blush in Plush Peach 200
on the cheeks.
For Drew’s 60′s inspired colorful smoky eye, Debra applied CoverGirl Smoky Shadow Blast Shadow Stick in Bronze Fire, using the darker shade on the lid and taupe shade in the eye crease as well as underneath the eye. She then applied a dot of the silver shade in CoverGirl Smoky Shadow Blast Shadow Stick in Silver Sky 805
to the inner corner of Drew’s eye to make it pop followed by a thin line of white eyeliner on the inner bottom eye.
She finished the eye with a heavy coat of DiorShow Black Out Mascara to the top and bottom lashes for definition.
On Drew’s lips, Debra applied Dior Addict Lipcolor in Beige Negligee 223, followed by Dior Addict Ultra Gloss in Jersey Pink 157
for a washed peach lip with a shiny finish.”

As a Drew fan this is not her best look but she is a fashion risk taker. The top of the dress is beautiful – the bottom, not so much. As for her makeup, she has a very natural look going on – I think her lips should have more color though. Cover Girl is definitely making a come back as a leader in budget friendly makeup. I recently purchased the shadowblast in the plum shade and it actually looks as if I know how to put eye makeup on now. Plus at a $7-$8 price tag I am happy.
